We will ground with a meditation using clay, focus in on where you are currently at and where you’d like to go, uncover what you’d like to call in and release, create a small pinch pot for ritual work, and build an action plan for future intentions and goals. How do I schedule? After you purchase, I'll reach out so we can schedule a time that works well for us both.
Do I have to provide my own clay? I'll send a recipe for an air dry clay you can make using materials at home (baking soda, cornstarch, water). I highly recommend this method as a part of the practice and ritual, but you are also welcome to purchase molding clay from a craft store.
